Whiteline is committed to delivering quality, engineered performance products. We offer the following warranty coverage for our range:

Warranty Coverage

• All Whiteline products, except those listed below, are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, valid for the original vehicle the product was installed on.
• Whiteline Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Bearings, Links and Springs are covered for 3 years or 60,000 km (36,000 miles), whichever comes first.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or misuse.
• Modification or alteration of parts.
• Damage due to competition, motorsport, or off-road use.
• Wear and tear from normal use.
• Accidental or collision damage.
• Labour and installation are not covered under this warranty. Where this limitation is permitted by local law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Whiteline customer service with:
• Proof of purchase
• Details of installation
• Description and images of the issue
2. Our team will assess the claim.
3. If approved, a replacement part will be supplied at no cost.
