IMPORTANT: Please read this first

Whiteline are very keen to inform and educate our customers so they can make good buying decisions but this does become a little bit difficult when we are asked very broad questions that could justify pages for answers. To help us both, we wrote this FAQ to reflect the most common issues raised in customers questions about suspension theory, products and design.

We recommend that you read this FAQ before posting technical questions via e-mail for two reasons. One, the FAQ may answer your question rather than making you wait for an e-mail reply. Reason two is that by reading the FAQ you might have more specific questions relating to your vehicle rather than something general like "what do I do to make my car handle?"

The questions & answers have been sorted first into sections, then alphabetically in key topic order. This FAQ will inevitably grow as we have more time to update the contents. Also, feel free to suggest a topic that you think needs to be included in the FAQ.
